The Jackson Ironman/Ironladies will take on the General Brown Lions at 11:15 a.m. on Tuesday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
General Brown will be up against a hot Jackson team: the squad just extended their winning streak to four. Everything went the Ironman/Ironladies' way against West Deptford on Tuesday as they made off with a 10-1 win.

Serenity Taylor looked comfortable as she struck out six batters over four innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in nine consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Maddie Wright, who went 3-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base. The team also got some help courtesy of Izzy Swisher, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI and one run.
Jackson was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .375. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as West Deptford only posted a batting average of .192.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask General Brown). They blew past Carthage 12-2 on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Lions have posted against the Comets since April 12, 2017.
Raegan Burgenstock spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered two runs (both of which were unearned) on three hits and racked up 12 Ks. Those 12 strikeouts set a new season-high mark for her.
At the plate, Carlee Hamilton was incredible, getting on base in four of her five plate appearances with one home run, three stolen bases, and four runs. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 1.2 stolen bases per game. Raegan Sharp was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.
General Brown pushed their record up to 3-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Jackson, their win bumped their record up to 13-2.
The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Tuesday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. Jackson has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 6.8 strikeouts per game. However, it's not like General Brown struggles in that department as they've been averaging 9 strikeouts. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
