With a playoff game on the line, the Hand Tigers rose to the challenge on Saturday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Rams 57-20 on the road. The result was nothing new for Hand, who have now won seven matches by 29 points or more so far this season.
It was another big night for Aidan Dolan, who rushed for 267 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 8.9 yards per carry, and also threw for 43 yards and a touchdown while completing 100% of his passes. Those four rushing touchdowns set a new season-high mark for he. Another player making a difference was Jack Shay, who threw for 155 yards and two touchdowns.
Rockville's loss came despite strong showings from Brady Ramsdell and Amir Knighton. Ramsdell threw for 201 yards and two touchdowns, while Knighton gained 169 total yards. Knighton hasn't dropped below 100 rushing yards for three straight games.
The win (which was Hand's 12th in a row) raised their record to 12-1. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 29.33 points. As for Rockville, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-2.
Hand does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Rockville also has no future games currently scheduled.
