The Olympia Bears were the 54-38 winner over the Kentridge Chargers when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. Olympia took a 52-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of Kentridge on Saturday.
Among those leading the charge was Sydney Esperanza, who scored 11 points. Simone Brown was another key contributor, scoring 10 points along with 5 rebounds.
Olympia now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Kentridge, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Olympia will be home for the holidays to greet Graham-Kapowsin at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Kentridge will take on Federal Way at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
