The Mt. St. Michael Academy Mountaineers will be playing in front of their home fans against the St. Raymond Boys Ravens at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. The  squads are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Mt. St. Michael Academy has struggled recently with five defeats in a row, while the Ravens will arrive with four straight  victories.
 Last Saturday, Mt. St. Michael Academy was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap  as they fell  52-47 to the Kingsmen. While losing is never fun, Mt. St. Michael Academy can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage  in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings  (they are ranked 290th, while the Kingsmen are ranked eighth).
 Meanwhile,  even though St. Francis Prep scored an imposing 60 points on Sunday, St. Raymond Boys still came out on top. St. Raymond Boys took down the Terriers 74-60.
 Mt. St. Michael Academy has  been struggling recently as they've  lost six of their last seven contests,  which put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season. As for St. Raymond Boys, they pushed their record up to 18-3 with that  victory, which was their fifth straight  at home.
 Mt. St. Michael Academy might still be hurting after the  71-46 loss they got from the Ravens  in their previous meeting  back in December of 2023. Will Mt.
