After losing to Liberty the last time they met, Chowchilla decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Tribe blew past the Hawks 3-0 on Tuesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Tribe.

Chowchilla was especially dominant in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-19, 25-16.

Shalaya Moore paced Chowchilla's offense, picking up 16 kills. Moore got some help from Jaylen Danieli and her 32 assists. Raelynne Whatley controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Liberty's loss came despite strong showings from Mckenna Steele and Makenzie Ward. Steele had seven digs and three aces, while Ward had eight digs.

Chowchilla's victory bumped their record up to 19-6. As for Liberty, their defeat dropped their record down to 20-10-1.
