MICDS had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. They blew past McCluer South-Berkeley 28-6. This was the first game for both teams, giving MICDS a 1-0 record and starting McCluer South-Berkeley off at 0-1.
Next week, MICDS take on Central at 1:00 PM. As for McCluer South-Berkeley, they will face of against Sumner/Northwest Academy of Law. Neither McCluer South-Berkeley nor Sumner/Northwest Academy of Law could muster much offensive firepower in their last games, so look to the defense to decide this one.
