Volleyball Recap: Spearfish Snags Third Victory in Last Four Games

Spearfish won the last time they faced Scottsbluff and things went their way on Saturday too. The Spartans came out on top against the Bearcats by a score of 2-0.

Adelyn Bouman paced Spearfish's offense, picking up 11 kills. Bouman got some help from Kali Reiners and her 24 assists. Bouman also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Taylor Vitto, racking up two apiece.

Spearfish has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season. As for Scottsbluff, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-6.

Spearfish has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Rapid City Christian on the 6th. As for Scottsbluff, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Sundance on the 6th.
