Pullman will bounce into Saturday's matchup after beating Clarkston, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. The Greyhounds had just enough and edged out the Bantams 6-5. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Greyhounds have posted since May 13, 2025.
Bailee Randall made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Randall was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and one triple. That home run marked the first that she has launched this season.

Pullman was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .435. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Clarkston only posted a batting average of .103.
Meanwhile, after only one run in their last game, West Valley made sure to put some runs up on the board against Rogers on Tuesday. The Eagles blew past the Pirates 19-9. Considering the Eagles have won four contests by more than nine runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.
Pullman is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-2 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 17.4 runs over those games. As for West Valley, their record now sits at 5-8.
Everything went Pullman's way against West Valley in their previous meeting on Monday, as Pullman made off with a 14-1 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Greyhounds since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
