The team also got some help courtesy of Ali Solomon, who scored 12 points along with seven rebounds and three steals.
Dayton Christian suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Monday. They were outmatched by Milton-Union on the road and fell 56-20. Dayton Christian was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 32-4.
Legacy Christian Academy's loss ended a seven-game streak of away wins and brought them to 13-2. As for Dayton Christian, they now have a losing record at 6-7.
Everything came up roses for Legacy Christian Academy against Dayton Christian in their previous matchup back in December of 2023 as the team secured a 57-21 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Legacy Christian Academy since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
