The Meade Mustangs won the last time they faced the Northeast Eagles, and things went their way  on Friday too. Meade strolled past Northeast with  points to spare, taking the game  48-30. The  win made it back-to-back wins for Meade.
 Northeast's loss  came despite strong showings from  Brynn Jones and  Madison Burris.  Jones  scored 13 points along with four  steals, while  Burris  scored eight points along with four  blocks. Jones hasn't dropped below two  steals for five straight games.
 Meade's victory bumped their record up to 6-10. As for Northeast, they are  on  a  14-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 1-18.
 Meade's road trip will continue as they head out to face Old Mill at 6:00  p.m.  on February 13th. Meade has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Northeast, they have the luxury  of staying home another  game and will welcome Annapolis at 5:00  p.m.  on February 12th.
