A well-balanced attack led the Cicero Prep Academy Centurions over the Phoenix Day School for the Deaf Roadrunners in every quarter on their way to victory on Tuesday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that Cicero Prep Academy blew the Roadrunners out of the water with a 50-19 final score. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Cicero Prep Academy had established a 27 point advantage.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Cicero Prep Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Domanik McFadden, who scored ten points along with five rebounds and two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of David Yourkoski, who scored ten points.
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Phoenix Day School for the Deaf struggled to work together and finished the game with only two assists. They were crushed by their opponents in that department as Cicero Prep Academy posted nine assists.
Cicero Prep Academy has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-11 record this season. As for Phoenix Day School for the Deaf, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-15 record this season.
Cicero Prep Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Phoenix Day School for the Deaf will be playing at home against the Rams at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Antelope is coming into the contest hot, having won their last three games.
