The Palmer Trinity Falcons scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Saturday. Everything went their way against Mater Brickell Academy as Palmer Trinity made off with a 71-48 victory. Winning may never get old, but Palmer Trinity sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
Palmer Trinity was led to victory by Jake Keller and Graham Yanowitch. Keller scored 20 points along with nine rebounds, while Yanowitch scored 21 points along with four blocks and two steals. That's the first time this season that Keller pulled down eight or more rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Harrison Miles, who scored nine points along with seven assists.
Palmer Trinity has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-8 record this season. As for Mater Brickell Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-8.
Palmer Trinity will head out on the road to face off against Archbishop Carroll at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Archbishop Carroll is out to stop a three-game streak of losses at home. Mater Brickell Academy will take on International Studies at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
