Atlantic County Institute of Tech put the finishing touches on their 11th blowout victory of the season on Friday. They claimed a resounding 60-26 victory over Triton on the road.
Meanwhile, Ocean City came up short against Wildwood on Saturday and fell 60-53. Ocean City has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Marley Ostrander, who scored 12 points along with five rebounds and five steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. Another player making a difference was McKenna Chisholm, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 16 rebounds.
Atlantic County Institute of Tech has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 17-6 record this season. As for Ocean City, they dropped their record down to 5-17 with that defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road.
Atlantic County Institute of Tech was taken down by Ocean City 57-14 when the teams last played back in February of 2022. Can Atlantic County Institute of Tech avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
