The Wellington School Jaguars can now show off 12 landslide victories after their most recent match on Friday. They claimed a resounding 50-15 victory over Berne Union on the road. The win was just what Wellington School needed coming off of a 60-13 loss in their prior match.
Wellington School's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Dea Singh led the charge by scoring eight points along with six steals and five rebounds. Gigi Manley was another key contributor, scoring 15 points.
Wellington School's win bumped their record up to 18-4. As for Berne Union, their loss dropped their record down to 2-18.
Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing Granville Christian Academy the next time they take the court. Berne Union will head out to face Granville Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, while Wellington School will host them at 6:00 p.m. on February 21st.
