The Forge Christian Fury were the  53-27 winner over the Middle Park Panthers when they last played one another  back in January of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. Forge Christian took a  39-32 hit to the loss column at the hands of Middle Park on Saturday. Forge Christian has now  taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
 Despite the  defeat, Forge Christian saw an underclassman step up:  Gabriella Geypens  scored 13 points along with four  steals.
 Middle Park was led to victory by  Aubree Hanson and  Dana Bell.  Hanson  scored nine points along with five  steals, while  Bell  scored five points along with six  rebounds and six  steals. Hanson hasn't dropped below two  steals for six straight games. Another player making a difference was  Josie Nance, who  scored three points along with four  steals.
 Forge Christian now  has a losing record at 6-7. As for Middle Park, the  win was  the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-6.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Forge Christian will take on The Academy at 5:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. The Academy is no doubt hoping to put an end to  a five-game streak of away losses. As for Middle Park, they will look to defend their home court  on Saturday against The Pinnacle at 2:30  p.m.
