Softball Recap: Niles' Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Niles had to endure a nine-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They put the hurt on the Plainwell Trojans with a sharp 16-1 victory on Tuesday. The Vikings not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 18th (when they won 16-0).

Niles' win bumped their record up to 4-11. As for Plainwell, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-17.

Niles will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Trojans: the pair will be back at it again later today.
