Millis (8-1) and Wareham (8-1) face off this Friday at 7:00 PM to determine whose season will come to a close. Each team will be battling to keep its win streak alive, with Wareham having won eight in a row and Millis seven.
Millis went up against St. John Paul II last week. Millis got off to a good start with a 21-point offensive effort in the first half. That gave them a 21 - 14 advantage at the half. The offense continued to do well in the second half, scoring 21 points. At the end of the day, Millis walked away with a breezy 42 - 14 win.
As for Wareham, it can now show off four landslide victories after its most recent game. It blew past Sacred Heart/Rising Tide last week 40 - 8.
