Volleyball Recap: Elkhorn South Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Elkhorn South had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Pius X Thunderbolts. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Storm also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Elkhorn South found their leader in freshman Finley Tate, who had nine digs and two aces.

Elkhorn South's win bumped their record up to 15-7. As for Pius X, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 15-12.

Elkhorn South didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Marian on the 4th. As for Pius X, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Lincoln Southeast on the 4th.
