It was another big night for Japhet Santiago, who scored 34 points. He hasn't dropped below 15 points for four straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Elijah Kenyi, who scored 14 points.
Veritas Christian Academy's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Evan Milanesi, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and ten rebounds. Milanesi is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last seven games he's played. Nicholas Jetton was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with three steals.
American Christian School is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season. As for Veritas Christian Academy, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-6.
