Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer and Pawnee City are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2020, but not for long. The Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer Titans on the road again on Tuesday and play against the Pawnee City Indians at 8:00 p.m. on January 16th.
Last Tuesday, Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer was just a bucket shy of victory and fell 47-46 to Bruning-Davenport/Shickley.
Pawnee City posted their biggest win yet this season on Thursday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Sterling 58-30 on the road. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 30-9.
Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer's loss dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Pawnee City, the victory got them back to even at 5-5.
Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer came up short against Pawnee City in their previous meeting back in January of 2023, falling 54-41. Can Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
