The Lawrence Tigers will be playing at home against the Centreville Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Lawrence focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 21 on Friday.
Last Friday, Lawrence lost to White Pigeon on the road by a decisive 67-53 margin. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Lawrence in their matchups with White Pigeon: they've now lost three in a row.
Ben McCaw put forth a good effort for the losing side as he dropped a double-double on 25 points and ten rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Zander Payment, who scored eight points along with two steals.
Meanwhile, Centreville stacked an eighth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They blew past Bangor 73-44 on the road. The victory was just what Centreville needed coming off of a 79-54 defeat in their prior match.
Lawrence's loss dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Centreville, they pushed their record up to 13-2 with that victory, which was their seventh straight on the road.
