The Cornerstone Christian Chargers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three  contests by 20  points or more this season. Everything went their way against Coosa Valley Academy on Tuesday as Cornerstone Christian made off with a  51-26 victory. The  win was just what Cornerstone Christian needed coming off of a  75-26 defeat in their prior  game.
  Zeke  Adams was  his usual excellent self,  dropping  a double-double on 17 points and 18  rebounds. Those 17 points set a new season-high mark for him.  Jackson  Waugh was another key contributor,  scoring 11 points along with nine  rebounds.
 Cornerstone Christian's win was  their third straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 4-6. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.0 points per game. As for Coosa Valley Academy, they  still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-9.
 Cornerstone Christian will have some time to savor their  win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Meadowview Christian at 4:00  p.m.  on January 4, 2024. Meadowview Christian is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'. Coosa Valley Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Chambers Academy at 7:00  p.m.  on January 4, 2024.
