Christian Goode continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Franklin Pierce, rushing for 266 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 12.7 yards per carry. Goode was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 54 yards.
Foss' loss was their eighth straight on the road (dating back to last season), which dropped their overall record down to 0-8. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 11.8 points per game. As for Franklin Pierce, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season.
