Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sky View). They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Ogden Tigers 11-9. The high-scoring effort was just what the Bobcats needed considering they were shut out in their previous match.
Skyler Murdock was incredible, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. The team also got some help courtesy of Chance Wilson, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.
Sky View's win bumped their record up to 5-8. As for Ogden, their loss was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-13.
Looking ahead, Sky View will head out on the road to face off against Logan at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Ogden, they will challenge Ridgeline at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
