 In other batting news,  Zoie Walling was a standout: she went 3-for-4 with one  home run, four  RBI,  and two  runs. The dominant performance gave  her a new career-high in  RBI. Another player making a difference was  Allie Whorton, who  scored two  runs while going 3-for-4.
 New Hope  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .611. They are  a perfect 3-0 when  they post an OBP of .513 or better.
New Hope has  been performing  well recently as they've  won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-9-1 record  this season.
