Grace Christian Academy had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against Victory Christian Academy by a score of 61-48 on Tuesday. The victory was just what Grace Christian Academy needed coming off of a 71-47 defeat in their prior matchup.
Meanwhile, Calistoga entered their tilt with Victory Christian Academy with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. Calistoga took their matchup on the road on Friday with ease, bagging a 73-12 win over Victory Christian Academy. Calistoga has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten contests by 22 points or more this season.
Calistoga got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Diego Perez out in front who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 11 rebounds. Perez also posted two+ blocks for the first time this season. Will Ulloa was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with seven rebounds and five assists.
