Several Lynx players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Tj Jenkins, who threw for 193 yards and three TDs. Lawrence Britt also helped out with an impressive 86 receiving yards.
Franklin Road Academy found their leader in sophomore Jack Nimitz, who threw for 298 yards and four touchdowns while completing 89.3% of his passes, and also punched in one score on the ground. Those four passing touchdowns set a new season-high mark for Nimitz. Cam Glenn helped Nimitz out on the ground, picking up 46 receiving yards and a pair of TDs.
Lausanne Collegiate's defeat dropped their record down to 8-4. As for Franklin Road Academy, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 11-1.
Lausanne Collegiate does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Franklin Road Academy, after each having a week off, they and Battle Ground Academy will shake off the cobwebs and hit the field against one another at 11:00 a.m. on December 4.
