Meanwhile, DuBois sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 victory over Somerset back in September.
The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was DuBois who won the one that mattered. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19.
Altoona's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-12. As for DuBois, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1-1.
