The top scorers for Loudoun County HomeSchool were senior Sebastian Starry (18 points) and senior Christopher Ziemnick (16 points). That's the most points Ziemnick has had all year.
Valley Thunder Homeschool's defeat came about despite a quality game from junior Dorrien Martin, who had 16 points.
The victory improved Loudoun County HomeSchool's record to 7-11. The loss dropped Valley Thunder Homeschool back to even at 9-9.
Loudoun County HomeSchool has the luxury of staying at home another game and will welcome Spirit HomeSchool on Friday. It might come down to the wire as the MaxPreps rankings project a close matchup. Valley Thunder Homeschool is staying on the road Monday to face off against Calvary Temple.
