Notus entered their  matchup against Liberty Charter  on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. Despite the loss, Notus still got an impressive performance from   Benny Guevara, who  went 10 for 13  on his way to 23  points in addition to six  rebounds and four  steals. That's the most points  Guevara has posted since back in December of 2023. The team also got some help courtesy of  Caleb Cudaback, who  posted ten points and five  rebounds.
 Even though they lost, Notus  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with ten  offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  pulled down at least eight  offensive boards in eight consecutive  games.
Notus' defeat  ended  a  five-game streak of wins at home  dating back to last season and  dropped them to 7-3. As for Liberty Charter, the  win was  the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-4.
 Notus will face off against Wilder at 7:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Notus is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 59  points per game  this season. As for Liberty Charter, they won't have much time to rest: their next  contest is against Crane  at 5:30  p.m.  on Saturday.
