With a playoff game on the line, the Hartfield Academy Hawks rose to the challenge on Saturday. They never let the Bruins onto the board and left with a 3-0 win. That's another feather in the cap for Hartfield Academy, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
They hit St. Joseph Catholic with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from
Braxton Gaddis,
Dereck Lazo, and
Mccool Simpson.
Hartfield Academy's victory bumped their record up to 7-5-2. As for St. Joseph Catholic, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-10-1.
Hartfield Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. St. Joseph Catholic also has no future games currently scheduled.
