When it comes to explaining why Ingalls lost, one person who can't be blamed is Breck Averhoff. Despite the final result, he scored nine points along with 13 rebounds. Those 13 rebounds set a new season-high mark for Averhoff. The team also got some help courtesy of Layton Simon, who scored ten points along with five assists.
Even though they lost, Ingalls were smashing the offensive glass and finished the game with 11 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
Satanta's win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Ingalls, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.
