Despite the loss, West Boca Raton still got an impressive performance from Marley Asbury, who scored 12 points. Those 12 points set a new season-high mark for her. Another player making a difference was Yasmin Marcus, who scored seven points.
Atlantic's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Elanie Sullard, who scored 12 points along with five steals. The matchup was Sullard's eighth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Teresa Pierre, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 11 rebounds.
West Boca Raton's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Atlantic, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 8-0.
