Make it eight blowout wins for the Skyview Wolverines this season. They claimed a resounding 73-17 victory over Gateway at home. Skyview's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Skyview got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Jada Kemm out in front who scored 19 points along with seven steals and six rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Kemm has scored all season. Leila Estrada was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with eight assists and six steals.
Skyview's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-3. They've been dominating during the matchups in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 45 points. As for Gateway, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.
Coincidentally, Skyview and Gateway will both be playing Thornton the next time they take the court. Gateway will host Thornton at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, while Skyview will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
