The Boone Grove Wolves won the last time they faced the North Newton Spartans, and things went their way  on Tuesday too. Boone Grove managed a  39-35 win over North Newton.
 Among those leading the charge was   Elaina Schreiner, who  scored 16 points. That's the first time this season that  she  scored 15 or more  points.
 Despite the loss, North Newton still got an impressive performance from   Makenna Schleman, who  scored 25 points along with six  rebounds and five  steals. Those 25 points set a new season-high mark for her.
 Boone Grove's win  ended a seven-game drought at home  and  bumped them up to 2-12. As for North Newton, they are  on a three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 3-9.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Boone Grove will stay at home for another  game and welcome Tri-Township at 5:30  p.m.  on December 15th. Tri-Township will be coming into the  game with an undefeated record on the line. As for North Newton, they will be playing in front of their home fans against DeMotte Christian at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Hopefully DeMotte Christian focused on turnovers this week  since the team gave up 26 on Monday.
