Evans found their leader in sophomore Chabria Tate, who went 8 for 18 on her way to 27 points in addition to seven boards and five steals. Tate's evening made it three games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Deedee Brooks, who went 5 of 11 on her way to 14 points and three steals.

They blew past the Rebels 50-27. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four games by 23 points or more this season.
The victory got Lakeside back to even at 6-6. As for Evans, they pushed their record up to 15-2 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.
