You can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely South Gray's strategy against Spearville on Friday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the South Gray Rebels blew the Spearville Lancers out of the water with a 68-35 final score. The Rebels have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Spearville's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Ian Melendez, who posted 11 points and eight rebounds, and Cian Kreger, who scored nine points. Those nine points gave Kreger a new career-high.

South Gray is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-4 record this season. Spearville's record is now 14-7.
