It was a proper cat-fight when Lisbon faced off against Monticello on Wednesday. The Lions were the clear victors by a 15-5 margin over the Panthers. Considering the Lions have won ten games by more than seven runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Lisbon's victory bumped their record up to 11-15. As for Monticello, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-14.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Lisbon beat the Panthers by a score of 13-8 later that day.
