Meadowcreek put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They came within five points of losing the streak, but they secured a 55-50 W against the Hazel Green Trojans.

Meadowcreek was led to victory by Jayden Beckham and Sean Alicea. Beckham posted 15 points in addition to six rebounds and four steals, while Alicea went 5-for-12 en route to 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kamari Brown, who put up five points and three steals.

Meadowcreek smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 14 offensive boards every time they've taken the court this season.

Meadowcreek's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Hazel Green, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.

Meadowcreek didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 67-65 victory against Mae Jemison on the 25th. As for Hazel Green, they will take on Columbus at 11:30 a.m. on Friday.
