Brookstone lost against Westfield School back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result  on Friday. The Cougars fell  17-7 to the Hornets. The  matchup marked the Cougars' lowest-scoring  contest so far this season.

 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Westfield School to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Brock Johnson, who threw for 205 yards and one  touchdown on only 18 passes, and also rushed for 34 yards and one  TD. What's more,  Johnson racked up 123.6  passer rating, the most he's  had since back in August. A healthy portion of  Johnson's aerial production (125 yards to be exact)  went to  Win Hoots, who also brought in a  receiving touchdown.
Brookstone's  defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 7-2. As for Westfield School, they pushed their record up to 7-2 with the  victory, which was their third straight  at home.
