On Friday, The Flintridge Prep Wolves faced the Cate Rams in a battle between two of the state's top teams. Flintridge Prep fell 33-25 to Cate. Flintridge Prep's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performance. Perhaps the best among them was Owen Willingham, who picked up 119 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Another player making a difference was Alex Chorba, who threw for 324 yards and three touchdowns.
