Wheeler won the last time they faced Jumpertown, and Marlee Hutcheson did her part to make sure it happened again. The Eagles blew past the Cardinals 3-0 on Thursday for which the team can thank Hutcheson, who had four aces and three digs. She has been hot recently, having also posted 13 or more assists the last four times she's played.

Wheeler was especially dominant in the first set. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-18, 25-16.

The win got Wheeler back to even at 7-7. As for Jumpertown, they dropped their record down to 2-9 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Wheeler is set to face off against their familiar foe Thrasher at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Jumpertown will challenge rival Biggersville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
