A well-balanced attack led Osceola over Shelby-Rising City in every quarter on their way to victory on Friday. Osceola took down Shelby-Rising City 50-31. The win made it back-to-back wins for Osceola.
Courtney Sunday was nothing short of spectacular: she scored 16 points along with five rebounds. Emma Recker was another key contributor, almost dropping a double-double on 15 points and nine rebounds.
Meanwhile, Nebraska Christian can now show off 11 landslide victories after their most recent match on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Palmer 57-26 at home.
Osceola has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 11-7 record this season. As for Nebraska Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 16-7.
Osceola was dealt a bruising 55-26 loss at the hands of Nebraska Christian when the teams last played back in January of 2023. That matchup was all but decided by halftime, at which point Osceola was down 30-10.
