There's no place like home for Stow-Munroe Falls, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Hudson Explorers with a sharp 16-6 win on Monday. With that victory, the Bulldogs brought their scoring average up to 7.2 runs per game.
Olivia Patterson was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing 1.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks any time she's pitched this season. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-4 with two RBI and one double.
