The Annenberg Panthers suffered their biggest loss since December 1, 2023 on Friday. They were beaten by Central City Value 71-43. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss Annenberg has suffered against Central City Value since January 17, 2019.
Angel Marcial was his usual excellent self, scoring 35 points along with six steals and five assists for Central City Value. Marcial hasn't dropped below two steals for five straight games. Another player making a difference was Andy Lobos, who scored ten points along with seven rebounds.
Annenberg's loss was their fourth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 2-9. As for Central City Value, their win bumped their record up to 6-11.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Annenberg will challenge Downtown Magnets at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Central City Value, they will head out on the road to take on Animo Bunche at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
