Meanwhile, Oakbrook Prep's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fourth straight loss. They fell just short of Spartanburg Christian Academy by a score of 40-37. That's two games in a row now that Oakbrook Prep has lost by exactly three points.
Greenwood Christian now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Oakbrook Prep, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-8 record this season.
Greenwood Christian skirted past Oakbrook Prep 44-41 when the teams last played last Thursday. The rematch might be a little tougher for Greenwood Christian since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
