Beamer extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Terrence Whiting. The Beamer Titans walked away with a 53-46 victory over the Kentridge Chargers on Thursday thanks in part to Whiting, who went 8 for 19 on his way to 19 points in addition to six rebounds and four steals. His afternoon made it nine games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points.
The team also got some help courtesy of De'Tre Walker, who posted eight points. He has been hot, having also posted two or more steals the last five times he's played.
Beamer's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Kentridge, they now have a losing record at 4-5.
