United posted their closest win since August 15th on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over the Warren Warriors. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 last Saturday.

United's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Anakaren Garcia, who had eight digs and four aces. Another player making a difference was Victoria Luna, who had ten kills and eight digs.

United has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. As for Warren, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.

United wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Long Creek on the 22nd. As for Warren, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Pieper on the 22nd.
