Broken Arrow is 0-10 against Bixby since December of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Broken Arrow Tigers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Bixby Spartans at 6:30 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Broken Arrow waltzed into their matchup on Friday with two straight wins but they left with three. They breezed by Jenks on the road to the tune of 72-44. Given Broken Arrow's advantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 32nd, while Jenks is ranked 144th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
It was another big night for Macy Marraccini, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and ten rebounds. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last four games she's played. Another player making a difference was Rekiah Bowen, who scored 11 points along with two steals.
Meanwhile, everything went Bixby's way against Muskogee on Friday as Bixby made off with a 54-28 win. The win made it back-to-back wins for Bixby.
Broken Arrow has been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 13 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season. As for Bixby, they pushed their record up to 16-5 with that win, which was their ninth straight at home.
