The Straughn Tigers's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Ariton Purple Cats at 5:30 p.m. on November 30th. Hopefully Straughn focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 20 on Tuesday.
On Tuesday, Straughn beat Florala 44-36.
Straughn can attribute much of their success to Ora Hall, who scored 14 points along with 7 rebounds and 6 assists. That makes it three consecutive games in which Hall has scored at least 25% of Straughn's points. Another player making a difference was Allyx Williamson, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 12 rebounds.
Meanwhile, Ariton humbled Zion Chapel with a 57-6 victory.
The losses dropped Straughn to 1-2 and Florala to 2-2.
